Gate Ventures offer a caretaking service to all educational clients, we cover holidays, extra hand and key holding covers.
Our range of services includes:
Tower blocks - We have dedicated caretakers that can look after Tower blocks and who are responsible for the following tasks:
- Cleaning all communal areas
- Keeping common external areas in good condition and clear of rubbish
- Repairing or reporting communal repairs in blocks and monitoring the request to see it to completion
Low rise flats - Caretaking services do a weekly visit to all low rise blocks of flats to:
- Clean the communal areas
- Litter pick
- Report any repairs
Schools or Colleges
